• Files you choose to upload, such as floor plans or distribution board (DB) photos

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quotation or site assessment
• To schedule and carry out electrical/M&E works, testing and certification
• To prepare permit-to-work documentation where required

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with relevant authorities (such as SP Services), sub-contractors or partners engaged to carry out works on our behalf, or where required by law, always limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a binding contract between you and i2R M&E. Any quotation, assessment or scope of works will only be confirmed in writing (including via WhatsApp, Telegram or email), and a formal agreement will be entered into before works commence.

4. Scope of services

i2R M&E provides electrical installation, SP Services testing and certification, LPS works to SS 555, power budget and load assessments, permit-to-work documentation and EV charger installation, subject to site assessment and applicable regulatory requirements. All licensed electrical work (LEW) is carried out or supervised by a qualified Licensed Electrical Worker.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an enquiry, including any floor plans, DB photos or site details, to allow us to properly assess your requirements. Inaccurate information may affect the accuracy of any assessment or quotation provided.

6. Intellectual property

All logos, trademarks, project photos and content on this website belong to i2R M&E Pte Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

While we strive to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, i2R M&E makes no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of website content and shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on it. This does not affect the terms of any signed contract for actual project works, which shall govern in the event of any conflict.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
